Scotts® Snap Spreader System and beautiful lawns

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Scotts® for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

My yard

This is what my yard looks like now, after the snowiest recorded winter in Anchorage, Alaska. Under all that snow is a lawn that's going  to be very yellow and dead looking.

Scotts® Snap® Spreader System is a fertilizer system that can help turn the lawn green again. There are Snap Pacs for fertilizing that are kid and pet friendly (very important for me) and also Snap Pacs for feeding your lawn while killing weeds.  The Snap Pac connects directly to the Snap Spreader, you don't have to cut it open or fill anything and the system auto-sets to make sure it's spreading the exact right amount of fertilizer. There is an EdgeGuard to keep the fertilizer on your lawn. When you're down with it, you can take it off and the Snap Pac will seal to prevent messes in storage and you could switch to a different SnapPac if you need to for another part of your lawn.

My lawn is going to need a lot of tlc to make it a nice soft surface to walk on barefoot during summer barbecues!

Check out and like Snap perks on Facebook there are contests, sweepstakes and promotions, with fantastic prizes for summer fun.

  1. That commercial has got to be giving a really good message for me to keep coming across it while looking for lawn and gardening tips. I better give it a try myself.

  2. The commercial has to be pretty good for it to be as common as it is. If anything, it just shows how much better a lot with a well-maintained lawn can be.
